Mentoring for women
across sectors and career stages.

Through deep listening, honest conversations, and the right questions, together we find the clarity you need to move forward with confidence. The work is rooted in real-life and professional experience across continents and contexts. Real trust, real presence, and a thinking partnership that grows over time.

Flexible options to meet you where you are

For a specific moment, a particular question, or a decision you need to think through with someone's fresh perspective.

A single session

One hour, online, on demand.

We focus on what you bring to the conversation. After the session, I send a summary of what we discussed, any exercises we agreed on, and useful resources (readings, network connections, references) when they fit.

For when one conversation isn't enough, and the questions you're working with need time to surface and settle.

Four one-hour sessions over up to three months. Includes everything in a single session, plus follow-up between sessions for questions, reflections, or things that come up.

This tier is built for women who want to work on something specific, a transition, a stuck query, a challenge, with a thinking partnership across a few months.

A four-session programme

A six-session programme

For deeper, longer-term work. When the questions are bigger, the shifts take time, and you want a steady mentor across a meaningful stretch of your career.

Six one-hour sessions over up to seven months. Includes everything in the other tiers, with the depth that comes from a longer engagement.

Good for working through a bigger career question, building new leadership patterns, or developing the kind of confidence that doesn't happen in three months.

Don't worry! Before we start anything, we will have a vibe-check call to make sure your expectations and my approach match. Simply go ahead and book your free intro call.

Your Mentoring Program will help women who cannot afford paid support. Ask me about my inclusion project that provides free sessions to women in restrictive circumstances.

“Thank you so much for this conversation, I really enjoyed it. It went in so many directions I didn't expect, and I think that's always the sign of a good one.”
Chemical Engineering, US
“Our conversations represent a before and after in my career path. I just want to thank you. ”
Sustainability Analyst, Germany
“Thank you so much for your time, generosity, and support throughout these six months. I truly appreciated the way you listened, challenged me, and helped me reflect on my career with more clarity and confidence. ”

Who is your Mentor

Proud to be part of:

Climate Bridges

Being involved with sustainability since 2010 has shaped who I am both personally and professionally. I am moved by passion and by the belief that we can become better individuals and truly create a positive impact on society.

Over the past couple of years, I've supported people transitioning into climate and sustainability by sharing my real-life and professional experiences and guiding them on targeted actions that deliver measurable results.

My path as a mentor has naturally led me to work with women not only in climate and sustainability, but across multiple sectors, both in Europe and Brazil (my home country). Being a female professional with international experience, and having interacted with incredible women in the most diverse settings has shown me that we face similar challenges in our journeys. We are often restricted by strong limiting beliefs, external pressure, overload, and invisible strings that make it harder for us to occupy the spaces we are meant to.

My goal is to support women in unlocking their full potential through meaningful, open conversations, building a safe space rooted in trust and empathy.

What is mentoring? Mentoring is a dynamic process where a more experienced or knowledgeable person (mentor) guides, supports, and encourages the growth and development of another individual (mentee). The relationship is typically built on trust, open communication, and mutual respect, benefiting both parties. The mentorship process will help you develop self-awareness, focus, identify or enhance your skills and grow your confidence through the mentor's proposed perspective, knowledge sharing, guidance, and advice.
