I am Juliana Webel
A sustainability advisor and mentor based in Hamburg, working across Europe and Brazil. I hold an MSc in Sustainable Development from HafenCity Universität Hamburg and have been in the sustainability space for the past 15 years. My 10+ years of professional experience span renewable energy, climate research, and consulting for international organisations on corporate and built environment sustainability. My international, cross-sector experience lets me understand and implement sustainability in different contexts. Through strategic systemic thinking, I help organisations gain clarity about why and how sustainability actually matters for their business. I use AI as serious leverage for that work, not decoration around it. How I think about this work Over the past couple of years, I've supported people transitioning into climate and sustainability by sharing real-life experience and guiding them toward clarity and confident action. My path as a mentor has naturally led me to work with women not only in climate and sustainability but across multiple sectors, in Europe and Brazil. Sustainability alone isn't enough. The shifts we're living through won't be solved with better reporting or another framework. They ask for systemic thinking and a different economic logic. That's why I'm building my practice around regenerative economics and leadership: an approach that sees businesses, and the women I mentor, as part of a living system, and that takes seriously what it means to lead in a moment when the rules are being rewritten.
